Our company, TPG Objektfabriken has a long track-record in senior consultancy. Our mission has been to help our customers to customize and implement RUP. In the early 2000s we broadened our offering to include testing, architecture and project management.
All our consultants are headhunted for their unique skills, our average age is about 40 years and 35% of our staff are women. We are an academic enterprise, and almost 100% of our staff have an academic degree. Right now our staff turnover is around 5%, which is far below the branch average.
